Day 1–2
Arrive Queenstown
Land in Queenstown, the adventure capital of the world. Welcome dinner, gear check, and orientation walk along Lake Wakatipu.
Day 3
Queenstown Thrills
Optional bungee at Kawarau Bridge (the original). Afternoon jet boat on the Shotover River. Group dinner in town.
Day 4–5
Routeburn Track
Two days on the legendary Routeburn Track — alpine meadows, hanging valleys, and views that stop you mid-step. Overnight in trail huts.
Day 6
Milford Sound
Drive the iconic Milford Road. Sunrise cruise on Milford Sound — waterfalls, dolphins, and sheer 1,200m cliffs.
Day 7
Doubtful Sound Kayak
Full-day kayaking through Doubtful Sound — three times the size of Milford, and almost no other people.
Day 8–9
West Coast & Waitomo
Drive north along the wild West Coast. Glow-worm caves at Waitomo — black-water rafting through an underground river lit by thousands of bioluminescent worms.
Day 10–11
Hobbiton & Farewell
Morning at the Hobbiton film set in Matamata. Transfer to Auckland for farewell dinner. Depart Day 11.
